The History of The Carriage House by Notre Dame
The Carriage House by Notre Dame is named from its origins as an old fashioned carriage garage; and in the 1950’s it was converted into a home. Most recently, in 2007 and 2014 the house was fully renovated to meet the standards of the modern world.
This home has stayed in the family of the owners, Nancy and Lee Aires, for over 60 years. The Carriage House was primarily used as a home for young family members transitioning to adulthood. Over the last six decades it has seen a myriad of families develop and prosper.
